About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Google Workspace Specialist to design, implement, migrate, administer, and optimize Google Workspace environments for enterprise customers.

The role will involve working closely with customers and internal technical teams to deliver Google Workspace migration, deployment, security, administration, adoption, and integration solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across Google Workspace products and be comfortable working with enterprise stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Google Workspace administration, consulting, implementation, or enterprise IT.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace Admin Console.
Proven experience delivering Google Workspace migration and deployment projects.
Strong knowledge of:
  • Gmail administration
  • Google Drive and Shared Drives
  • Google Groups
  • Google Meet
  • Google Calendar
  • Google Vault
  • Google Workspace security
  • Identity and access management
Experience with Microsoft 365 / Exchange migrations is highly desirable.
Hands-on experience with SSO, SAML, SCIM, LDAP/Directory synchronization, and ientity providers.
Experience with Google Workspace APIs, GAM, Apps Script, or automation tools.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
Ability to independently manage technical activities and work across multiple customer projects.
Certifications - Preferred
Google Workspace Administrator certification
Google Cloud certification such as Associate Cloud Engineer
Google Cloud Professional-level certification would be an advantage.
Relevant identity, security, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
